Lake Montclair is a unique feature of the community, and is a great outlet for those who enjoy the outdoors. The lake was created by damming the waters of Powell's Creek. The lake is freshwater and doesn't allow gas-powered boats. This makes for an exceptional, clean, safe venue to swim.

Stay calm in the midst of the chaos. Know your strengths and use them in your race strategy. For nutrition, he likes to cut all caffeine 2 weeks before the big race and sleep as much as possible so your body can race to it's full potential.
